Bushnell Launch Pro

What independent testing reveals

Plugged In Golf’s Matt Saternus found the Launch Pro exceptionally easy to begin using, with ball data close to his GCQuad in side-by-side testing. Its practical advantage is immediate feedback from the built-in display without needing an app for every session. His demo unit had no enabled club data, so that report supports ball-data impressions only.

The 30-second verdict

Serious camera-based accuracy for a home simulator or fitting bay. Budget for a subscription: ball data is free, but club data and third-party simulators need a paid tier.

Buy it if

  • You want accurate camera data for a serious indoor setup
  • You want ball data without paying monthly
  • You are comparing it with the Foresight GC3

Look elsewhere if

  • You want the lowest cost of ownership (see Square Golf)
  • You do not want an ongoing subscription for club data
  • You want an all-in-one unit with its own screen (see the Garmin R50)
