Choose Trackman iO if the Trackman experience is your priority
Shortlist this route when the Trackman indoor environment is a priority. Choose SIG10 or SIG12 around the usable room rather than assuming the larger option is automatically better.
Enclosure height is not the monitor mounting height. A low frame does not establish that the iO installation fits a low ceiling.
Reconsider if avoiding annual software costs or taking the monitor to the range is essential. Compare Home and Home Complete before committing.

Room requirements
SIG10 frame: 10 ft 10 in wide × 8 ft 4 in high × 5 ft deep. SIG12 frame: 12 ft 2 in wide × 9 ft 4 in high × 5 ft deep. Those dimensions describe the enclosure, not the whole playing area.
Measure the finished space, including mat height, screen stand-off, ceiling fixtures and the swing of your tallest golfer. Check both handednesses where relevant. Obtain the exact monitor installation drawing and projector throw requirements.

The current SIG10 listing gives a 9 ft 4 in–10 ft mounting band. Other iO bracket variants must be specified separately. Match the exact unit, bracket and finished hitting surface before ordering.
Software and ongoing costs
Home versus Home Complete
The supplier currently lists the first software year as included, followed by $700/year for Home or $1,100/year for Home Complete. At unchanged renewal rates, years two through five total $2,800 or $4,400 respectively, excluding hardware, upgrades and tax. Confirm the edition and renewal terms in writing.

Build an itemised budget
Separate the selected hardware from PC, projector, mounts, cables, installation, tax and delivery. Ask which items are included and which are optional. Record first-year software and later renewals separately; do not assume that a bundled trial removes ongoing costs.

Match this to your room idea
A permanent enclosure is a candidate for a dedicated garage, basement or spare-room studio after measurement. If the room must return to parking or everyday family use, investigate a retractable setup separately; a fixed SIG enclosure is not automatically a shared-room solution.
