Why enclosure dimensions are not room dimensions
The frame footprint excludes the golfer’s full swing, space behind the impact screen and any installation access. The launch monitor also has its own mounting height and hitting position. A low enclosure does not imply the iO can be installed at that same height.
Will SIG12 improve the experience?
Our assessment: the larger screen can suit a spacious dedicated room, but it only earns its place when the layout, projector throw and viewing position work together. A larger enclosure squeezed into an unsuitable room is a poor upgrade.
Compare matching options
Select the same iO edition, mat, projector and accessory scope before comparing quotes. Confirm whether a compatible PC, delivery, installation and later software renewals are included. Do not infer those items from the words “simulator package”.

Is SIG10 suitable for every garage?
No. Garage doors, tracks, lighting and storage may reduce the usable space. Measure the room in the condition in which you will play.
Does SIG12 include more Trackman data?
Enclosure size does not determine the software feature set. Confirm the chosen edition and licence.
Compare the complete build
Request itemised quotes using the same enclosure size, hitting mat, projector resolution and PC specification. Separate the hardware from optional accessories, installation and recurring software. A launch-monitor price and a ready-to-play room price answer different questions.
Before ordering, confirm the finished ceiling height, screen stand-off, longest-club swing and both handednesses if relevant. A room that holds the enclosure may still lack safe swing space.
