Our recommendation

Shortlist Trackman iO when owning a Trackman indoor system is a central goal and you are comfortable choosing the appropriate edition. Shortlist EYE XO2 when a large hitting area, Uneekor analysis and trouble-mat capability matter more. Both deserve an itemised quote before a premium room decision.

This is a research-based comparison. We have not performed a head-to-head accuracy test, so neither brand receives an unsupported accuracy win.

Which is better for mixed-handed play?

Overhead placement can avoid moving a floor unit between players, but it does not remove the need to check the tee position and full swing envelope. Ask each supplier to draw the left- and right-handed hitting positions on your actual room plan. Do not use the specification of iO DUO as though it belongs to every iO configuration.

What makes EYE XO2 different?

Uneekor highlights a three-camera system, its expanded hitting zone and trouble-mat compatibility. Those are useful reasons to investigate it for a permanent studio; they are not evidence that it will fit every narrow room. Confirm the selected bundle and any mat accessories.

What makes Trackman different?

The decision centres on its indoor hardware and software environment. Obtain a current edition schedule before deciding: course access and selected club-analysis features may depend on the package and licence. Paying more does not automatically unlock every feature.

Frequently asked questions

Are these portable range monitors?

These are overhead indoor-room routes. If outdoor practice is important, investigate a portable alternative separately.

Does the SIG10 name make the packages equivalent?

No. Match the monitor, software, mat, projector and computer explicitly; the enclosure name alone is not a complete specification.

Compare the complete build

Request itemised quotes using the same enclosure size, hitting mat, projector resolution and PC specification. Separate the hardware from optional accessories, installation and recurring software. A launch-monitor price and a ready-to-play room price answer different questions.

Before ordering, confirm the finished ceiling height, screen stand-off, longest-club swing and both handednesses if relevant. A room that holds the enclosure may still lack safe swing space.
